Overview

There are many opportunities for students to work with the Student Life communications department at ACC. Student Media has paid and non-paid positions available for students interested in photography, Web and print design, marketing, and writing.

Our publications include the Accent newspaper and the Life4U magazine.

This semester Accent launched their new website. With scrolling news stories and a log of all prior print issues too, the newspaper - with distribution 3000 - is now available both online and in print.  Check out the paper here and keep and eye out for the upcoming Spring 2013 issues.

Nine student Accent workers atteneded the Texas Community College Journalism Association (TCCJA) Conference at Southern Methodist University in Arlington this weekend.
